1. GUARANTEE PERIOD
For orders placed after April 15, 2017, INB® System GmbH Co KG guarantees that the hanit^®plastic recycling products will be at the time of delivery and 20 years thereafter are free from material defects.

The color scheme is not part of the guarantee.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The guarantee is only valid in countries of the European Union.

3. MATERIAL PROPERTIES
With hanit^®plastic recycling products, there may be variations in dimensions (up to 3%) and color. Due to production technology, the surfaces of recycling products can be structured and the profiles and finished parts can contain inclusions or cavities.

4. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
If our hanit^®plastic recycling products show material defects during the guarantee period if they are used and used properly, we will replace the goods for you after we have checked them (replacement guarantee).< /p>

A prerequisite for our guarantee is that the products have been assembled and used in accordance with the present assembly instructions and installation recommendations.

Any other reimbursement for transportation, installation, reinstallation, consequential damage, dismantling or other costs are excluded from the warranty.

5.PROCESSING OF WARRANTY
For For correct and speedy processing in the case of a guarantee, please contact us in writing with the following attachments:

• Copy of the invoice
• Detailed description of the defect
• Images and/or samples of the product complained about

6. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEE
The following are excluded from the guarantee:

• Flaws due to normal wear and tear.
• Defects such as B. Discoloration or expansion caused by climate and weather conditions.
• Defects that are due to the behavior of the customer or third parties (improper use and assembly, changes to the product, use of third-party parts, improper transport, packaging and storage).
• Reinforced posts with a 5-year limited warranty

7. COMPETENT PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the supplier. This guarantee applies in addition to our general terms and conditions. German law applies exclusively.
